DAR ALARBASH CHALET

This modern and stylish chalet has a built-up area of 1,200 square meters. It consists of 1 master bedroom, 7 bedrooms, 1 guest room, diwaniya, living and dining area, bathrooms, maid’s room, storage rooms, laundry room, main kitchen, pantries, balconies, outdoor viewing deck and a swimming pool.

The chalet is situated on a 1,264 square meter plot area, it has 2 levels, ground floor and mezzanine floor. It is in the heart of Khiran, Kuwait. A minimalist approach for the interiors were utilized to maximize what the surroundings offer in terms of natural view. The interiors needed to be simple and straight in order not to overwhelm and lose the focus on the natural beauty of its surrounding environs. Landscaping to complement the chalet was also provided. Materials and textures ranges from wood, stone and glass.

The office carried out the Municipality permitting, tender documents preparation, interior design, project management and supervision.
